A VOC monitor, or a volatile organic compound monitor, is a device used to measure the levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the air. We offer advanced semi-conductor based reliable, efficient and cost effective VOC monitor and controller. VOC can be monitored at Duct, plenum or space mounting providing total flexibility to suit all applications. The Sensor continuously tracks the indoor VOC and odor and this signal is then delivered to the Central Controller for necessary control to dynamically modulate the Ozone output from Duct mounted Units via Variable Load Controller to eliminate increased VOC, odor and smoke.
The VOC sensor is suitable to detect multiple VOC's present in the Indoor environment and deliver the signals based on the TVOC. The sensor is designed for continuous operation. It provides a 0 to 10 VDC analog signal for interface to BMS. The VOC sensor and controller is fully factory wired and assembled and field wiring is limited to only input and output connections. All in one neat, compact enclosure for easy, economical and quick installation.

A carbon dioxide (CO2) monitor and controller is a device that measures the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air and controls the level in an enclosed space by regulating the HVAC system or activating ventilation fans. A CO2 monitor and controller helps to maintain a healthy indoor environment by constantly measuring the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air and regulating ventilation systems and air conditioning. The device typically uses infrared technology to detect carbon dioxide and displays the concentration in parts per million (ppm) on a digital display.
Carbon dioxide monitors and controllers are commonly used in buildings where there are high occupancy numbers such as classrooms, offices, and conference rooms, as well as in industrial settings. By continuously monitoring and controlling carbon dioxide levels, they help to improve indoor air quality, promote occupant health and well-being, and increase energy efficiency.
